At Wine and Beyond, we strive for excellence in every bottle, but if your selection is corked or damaged, we offer a 14-day return window for exchange or store credit. Due to safety regulations, all food and beverage items must be returned in their original, unopened condition unless the product is physically defective.

Verification and Approval
Our specialists will review your request and, if applicable, provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for shipping or in-store drop-off.
Package Your Items
Carefully pack the unopened bottles or defective goods in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our cellar.
Processing and Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
