Made in the Charmat Method of sparkling wine production, Charme is our local alternative to Prosecco. It is fruit forward on the nose and dry on the palate resulting in a quintessential island bubble! Aromas of green apple, lemon and grapefruit on the nose are complemented by elegant bubbles, a dry mid palate and vibrant mouthfeel. Flavours of lemon curd, granny smith apple lead to a pleasing finish. Oysters, Spot Prawns, and all types of ceviche are excellent with this quintessential island sparkler. It also pairs extremely well with creamy soups.
