The Evel Tinto is crafted from grapes sourced from vines at Quinta das Carvalhas, Quinta dos Aciprestes, and Quinta de CidrĂ´, situated in PinhĂŁo, Vale do Tua, and SĂŁo JoĂŁo da Pesqueira. The first two sites enjoy a warm climate that contributes to the production of structured and elegant wines, while Quinta de CidrĂ´ benefits from a cooler climate that allows for the slow maturation of grapes, resulting in aromatic wines with smooth tannins. The Evel Red is recognized as a quintessential Douro wine, characterized by aromas of red fruit and green notes typical of the region. It presents a balanced, flavorful profile with a round mouthfeel, good structure, and a fruity, persistent finish.
