Ageing : 10 years including 17 months in Rum barrel. Colour : pale yellow. Nose : charming with fresh sugarcane and vanilla sugar aromas. Taste : silky texture, very balanced between typical cognac aromas such as stone nuts and almond aromas. Honeyed notes too. Finish : very intense with lingering cherry notes.
