Golden in color, this wine presents a subtle yet complex nose featuring Sultanna raisins, lemon zest, comb honey, poached pear, and spiced apple. On the palate, it reveals intense flavors of dried apricot and grilled pineapple, complemented by hints of crème brûlée. Its texture is extremely luscious and silky, while a vibrant strand of palate-cleansing acidity enhances the experience, carrying intense citrus, nectarine, and mandarin notes into a very long finish. Seamless in every aspect, this is one of our most concentrated and balanced Icewines to date.
